Introduction to our Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Rebekah and Graham, Steel Pan Duo.

This privacy policy lets you know how data provided by visitors to the site is used and protected. You can be reassured that any information we receive is in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR regulations.

Any information you provide will be processed and stored securely. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct to the best of your knowledge. All visitors to the site have the right to refuse to provide information.

What information might we collect and why do we need it?

All information we collect will be as a result of individuals completing a contact form or making an enquiry. Statistical data which analyses how users access and navigate our website will be anonymised. To process enquiries accurately and appropriately and to respond promptly, we may need to know:

1.1 Your name: It’s just nice to know who we are talking to!

1.2 Contact Details: Your email address, billing address, and phone number. We use these to ensure that you are reachable to discuss your enquiry, booking, deposit payments and obtain feedback of your experience.

1.3 Payment Information: We do not currently accept bookings via our website as we offer bespoke packages to every client. All deposits and payments should be made via a secure bank transfer, cash or cheque, so we will never ask for your card or account details.

1.4 Event details: When processing an enquiry or booking, we will need to know the details of your event, including the date, venue arrangements and number of guests in order to determine our costs and suitability for the occasion.

1.5 Automated Data Collection To improve user experience, we sometimes collect anonymous analytical data to understand how visitors access our site, such as: the internet browser and device used, operating system and service providers.
