Festive Highlights and Looking Ahead: Christmas Reflections & Our Plans for 2026
The festive season is always one of our favourite times of year, and this past Christmas was no exception. We had our busiest December yet and were delighted to bring the warm, uplifting sounds of steel pans to a variety of celebrations, adding something a little different to the season.
From cosy indoor events to lively festive gatherings, our recent Christmas gigs were filled with familiar carols, seasonal favourites and our signature steel pan arrangements. There’s something special about hearing festive music on steel pans – the sound instantly lifts the mood and brings smiles to faces of all ages and we loved seeing audiences connect with the music.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who booked us, listened, danced and supported us over the Christmas period. Your enthusiasm and kind feedback mean so much and encourage us to keep developing our sound and repertoire.
Looking Ahead to 2026
We've got exciting plans for 2026! This year, we’re focusing on:
Expanding our repertoire with new arrangements, alongside enhancing existing audience favourites
Performing at even more events, from weddings and private functions to community and corporate gatherings
Sharing the joy of steel pan with others - we're looking into the possibilities of private tutoring for anyone wishing to learn steel pan on a 1:1 basis.
We’re passionate about sharing the versatility of steel pan music and bringing a relaxed, joyful atmosphere to every event we play. If the Christmas season reminded us of anything, it’s how powerful live music can be in bringing people together.
If you’re planning an event in 2026 and are looking for something unique, vibrant, and memorable, we’d love to hear from you. Here’s to an exciting year ahead and many more performances to come!
